This is URGENT: Please someone that can help.

I am having this message:

It was working fine until a couple of day.
My website is from Weebly and I have tried to test a couple of them from weebly IP and same error.
How to solve this problem? This is urgent, my income depends on the site.
Any suggestions?

Can you show a screenshot of your DNS record and also share your domain?

Hi Programmer,
Thanks so much for your post, I am having the same issue. Please could you confirm if you have any progress? I would really appreciate if you can share the solution or the answer they told you.

Many thanks, Luis

Hi Laudian,
Thanks for your help

.

Laudian, I also realized that cloudflare did some changes before of the problem

I really appreciate if you can help me with this,
Luis

Are you using Weebly paid or free?

What IP address does it tell you to use when you follow these instructions?

I have been using Weebly for years, the paid version.
This is it: 199.34.228.74

Then change your DNS record to use that IP address.

Did you try to make any changes recently?

I would recommend you follow these steps, just in case: Secure compromised account Β· Cloudflare Fundamentals docs

I already did it but it says the same in the website: www.mindmetriks.com

We were working yesterday on it, but didnt work, And still not working,

I dont think is a coincidence that Cloudflare did some changes and now it is not working.
Any other idea?

Many thanks

Have you notice if in the Audit log Cloudflare did some changes on your proxy before you got the problem, I just noticed it could you confirm to see if there is a correlation?

Ok, I am so sorry, is that I can see that the other person has the same issue as me and it started at the same time. So, I was wondering if we can find a solution togetter.
Sorry about it,

Can you post another screenshot to show where you changed the IP address?

Sure, this is the screen shot

Can you share one including the row where the β€œName” column equals β€œwww”?

Hi DarkDevil,
Here we go…

Change that one to an β€œA” record pointing to the same IP address as the naked domain.

Can you change both DNS records from proxied to DNS-Only for testing?

Done, but nothing!

Ok, one last thing then. If this doesn’t work, I assume someone from support needs to have a look.

Can you remove your domain from your Weebly site and then follow the procedure to add it again?
