Google, Spoke to hosting, Company, Tried to find Cloudflare support

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I had an account setup in an ex-employees name who has left the company, I couldn’t log in to his account and all suggestions were to create a new account, having done this the website is now down showing an Error 1000 message and I have no clue or skills to fix this

If you have imported DNS records and if the domain was proxied, Cloudflare IP addresses will have been imported instead of the real host records.

Check with your web host what records are needed and make sure those are set in your Cloudflare DNS.

If unsure, you can show a screenshot of your DNS records.
