Since yesterday 1:00 AM, my website exposed by a Cloudflare tunnel are not available. Error 1000 appears when I try to access to this site.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have updated the cloudflared executable to latest version and recreate my Cloudflare tunnel.
But the problem is still here.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Go to https://www.labemilie.fr/bus_niort/ site
If I change the target of DNS record (from Cloudflare tunnel to my public IP address), it’s work again.
But I don’t use anymore the Cloudflare tunnel 
Resolution
A non-Cloudflare domain cannot CNAME to a Cloudflare domain unless the non-Cloudflare domain is added to a Cloudflare account.
Attempting to directly access DNS records used for Cloudflare CNAME setups also causes error 1001 (For example: www.example.com.cdn.cloudflare.net 
).
Disable Always Online if using Custom Hostname (Cloudflare for SaaS) domain.
