I installed the bold bundles app on my shopify story and now the checkout is not working anymore. I have removed the proxy from the CNAME but it didn’t work.
I wonder how I can change the A record for bundles.boldapps.net?
This is still very confusing to me…

A prohibited IP address usually means it’s an address that’s already going through Cloudflare. Or in private IP address space. In your case, it’s probably already on Cloudflare, so you can’t layer Cloudflare on top of Cloudflare.
