The domain is on godaddy, the ns is on cloud, the cloud dns has the address that is specified in godaddy

Godaddy appears to have been moving more and more of its IP ranges to be announced over Cloudflare’s Anycast network and this error sometimes occurs as a result.

Set your DNS records in Cloudflare to “DNS only” and if the problem persists, talk to Godaddy as something will need to be done on their side. You may have to find an agent that understands.
