What is the name of the domain?

What is the error number?
1000
What is the issue you’re encountering
Hi, I configured my website to cloudflare trying to increase the speed. Added nameservers as it was instructed. I’m not sure if everything is done correctly. My website is down now (receiving error 1000). I am monitoring the propagation, and for PTR records it shows invalid IP address. Others are some resolved some not. It’s been 48 hours so I’m not sure if I have to wait longer or if I set up something wrong, So since it’s been two days, I’m starting to panic. Could you help me figure it out and maybe give me some clarity on what I should do (if i need to fix something) or if I still just have to wait. (My original host is Bluehost). This is the first time I’ve ever done that, so I’m worried I did something wrong. Thanks!
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
DNS not responding/updating
This error indicates that you are using the wrong IP address for your A records. But it also tells you how to fix the problem:

You should do exactly that.
You can’t create Reverse DNS (PTR) records in a Forward DNS zone. PTR records are created by your hosting provider.
I checked the A records and against the records in Bluehost and they show correctly, that’s why i’m confused.
When i check the propagation i see that A records are either all resolved or sometimes show unresolved in one location (Monterey, Mexico). It kinda still bounces back and forth. Does it mean it’s still propagating? Since the records are correct, I don’t know what else I can do or just wait.
You can’t create Reverse DNS (PTR) records in a Forward DNS zone. PTR records are created by your hosting provider
so do i have to do anything with that? I didn’t manually change anything, only added nameservers as was instructed when I just created cloudflare account and added my website.
Sorry, if I’m asking dumb questions, I haven’t done this before so I’m worried
Thanks!
Can you show a screenshot of your DNS records?
I can only upload 1 at a time, seems like, bear with me please
Here’s 1
Can you also include the “Cloudflare nameservers” part right below the DNS section?
this is what i added in bluehost when setting it up in the first place, following the instructions i saw when i just signed up
Can you try changing the DNS record for paganwebcraft.com
to DNS-Only?
Is it by toggling off proxy status?
on all records?
Just on the 2 records for paganwebcraft.com
and www
.
Yes.
Just another quick check. Are you sure that is the correct IP address you are using for paganwebcraft.com
? If I use your other IP address (starting with 50.), I can see a Wordpress site.
Yes, i checked DNS records in cloudflare and bluehost (every A record so they match) and it shows this IP (the one starting with 50) as IP address of my site in bluehost. and yes, that is a wordpress site i have there. or do you mean that you see some different WP site?
You have an IP address starting with 66. for your paganwebcraft.com
DNS record. Should that maybe also be 50. ? Can you try to change that?
The IP address starting with 66. seems to belong to ipower, do you use them for hosting?
hmm let me try.
even though in a records through bluehost it shows the one with 66? I just thought they should match
no i use bluehost, not ipower
changed it, it shows me this message now
so should i wait or do something after this?
I can see a website now when I open your domain. Can you confirm this is the correct website?
