Error 1000- Please help!

I don’t have record of a our previous Cloudflare account associated with lamarod dot com, so I created a new Cloudflare account and then switched over the DNS records to the new Cloudflare account.

Then, I see that there is an error 1000, but I am not sure how to find the IP address (Google domain) and I’m not sure which DNS records are incorrect.

I have a free Cloudflare account.

I’ve read the past threads and the tutorial on Error 1000 but am not sure on how to fix it still.

That’s really the issue. The site was active in one account, cloudflare were presenting our IPs for the site

…and when it was added to a new cloudflare we imported the records of our own IP address.

You need to change the first 8 A & AAAA records with the correct values. Having access to your old dash would make that easy, download the txt file and import into your new account. That is worth a try, otherwise only your hosting provider can tell you the correct values.


The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account. I suspect the third option is what you need.
