Error 1000 help

I took over editing information on our community swimming pools website, while it was using moonfruit. During the pools downtime (outdoor pool) moonfruit stopped and the site was transferred to names and wix/yell. I have managed to get logged into these but now have the above problem.
I am unfortunately having to learn as I go along but I don’t know how to solve this or find the correct IP addresses needed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regarding Cloudflare 1000 error, may I suggest you to try looking into below articles to troubleshoot the issue:

Can you share your domain name?

Furthermore, maybe the issue is that the IP addresses are belonging to a service which is already on Cloudflare?

Can you take a look by navigating to the DNS tab of Cloudflare dashboard for your domain name and temporary switch the A domain.com or A www (or maybe CNAME domain.com) from :orange: to :grey: (DNS-only) and see if anything changes? :thinking:

May I ask who is your current hosting provider / where is your website content located?
At Wix? :thinking:
They should provide you the instructions how to properly setup your DNS records for your domain name.

I have tried changing the CNAME www to DNS only but it doesn’t look to have helped.
I have also changed the A to DNS only and again no luck.
Website hosted on Wix so I will try asking them too.
