What is the issue you’re encountering

I’m getting Error 1000 for my website. The website is not working at all. It is hosted on GoDaddy and I already changed the name servers to point to Cloudflare. I’ve contacted GoDaddy but they say that the issue is not on their end, you should contact Cloudflare.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I changed A record 160.153.0.181 to DNS only but nothing changed.

Just fyi, I’d like to use Cloudflare as a reverse proxy for my website. So, it’s not a solution for me to change the A record to DNS only. It should stay as Proxied.

aysegulbaylassahin.com is working, but it is redirecting to www.aysegulbaylassahin.com, which is not working.

Check that the www subdomain is also using the correct IP address and is configured with GoDaddy, or remove the redirect.

DNS records are like the below and also this is what GoDaddy tells for DNS configuration.

There are no any redirections on GoDaddy site. I’ve changed www record to A with the same ip. Nothing changed. I don’t get it.

by the way, www record is CNAME like the initial configuration. Now working.
