Error 1000 - DNS points to prohibited

Cannot seem to fix this, I have looked around online and been told to add an A file with my IP address to the DNS files in Cloudflare and no luck. Gives me an error.

The ip address of that A record should be the ip address of your origin server. Your host knows this if you don’t have it handy.

I was logging into my server fine, using a customer CPANEL link cpanel.owity.com but now I can’t even access that
