What is the issue you’re encountering

We are experiencing an Error 1000 on our website, which has made it completely inaccessible. No changes were made to our Cloudflare or GoDaddy settings by anyone on our team that could have caused this issue. Our website is hosted on a GoDaddy account, and our server names are correctly pointed to Cloudflare.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

DNS not responding/updating

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

This problem started a few hours ago, and we have been unable to resolve it on our own. We attempted to update the IP address on Cloudflare to match the ones displayed in our GoDaddy account, but the site is still not working. It appears that the IP address shown in GoDaddy is actually the Cloudflare IP address, which may be contributing to the issue. I have reached out to GoDaddy support, and they have advised us to contact Cloudflare support for further assistance. We would greatly appreciate any help or guidance in resolving this matter.
