Error 1000 DNS points to prohibited IP address

Hello all.
I am trying to put my website live but I am being hit with the Error 1000 code, DNS point to prohibited IP.
I recently migrated my website to Elementor Cloud hosting and have checked everything with their support team and they are happy everything is set up correctly.

I have also edited the DNS and removed all the outstanding AAAA records, there are only 2 MX records for email, 1 A record and 1 CNAME record for my website which is how it should be. I have also followed all the community support documents but still persist with the same error.

There are a couple of issues here.

  1. You have an invalid DNSSEC setup for your domain and need to fix this at your registrar.
  2. The address you currently have configured does not show the error you mentioned, however the server itself is not properly configured and does not serve your site on HTTPS. That’s something your host needs to fix.

In short, first fix your DNSSEC issue and then contact your host to get your site fixed. Once that all works it should also work on Cloudflare.
