It was down for a while but then it worked and now it doesn’t again?
I’ve read other articles about this issue but mine might be different and I need a literal hand to hold as I am a tech noob who can’t understand. Please help!
The error message indicates an incorrect IP address. Did your developer actually verify that and what was his response?
You probably don’t want to receive severed hands in the mail.
If it’s just a straight redirection, try this, including the IP address for your ‘www’ “A” record in DNS. Except make the Forwarding URL the “leads” address you linked to in your post.
