Alguma ideia?

Are you able to share the name of the site?

sorry, I was talking about another site of ours

the site in question is www.holztextil.com.br

Thank you, I see what happened. When you add a site to cloudflare we scan your DNS records and import them. In doing that we made an A (address) record with the value of the IP address of your origin server (site), when you add it to cloudflare again, we look for DNS records, find our own record pointing to our IP address (to protect your actual IP) and make a record that results in you getting an Error 1000.

The solution is to edit that DNS A record to point to the correct value. To do that.

  1. Go to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns

  2. Find the record called holztextil.com.br

  3. Click Editar

  4. Change the value of Endereço IPv4 (necessário) from the 104.x.x.x value to the IP address of your origin server. Your host can tell you that value if you do not know it, or you may get lucky and find it on https://securitytrails.com/ history (that probably won’t work for you) or you may be able to log in to your other account and see the value (this should work out perfect for you if you have the old login information handy)

Ok, I will try to do it this way,
the detail is that in AgiusCloud,
the IP remained the same when I recreated the site: 142.93.14.198

I tried to send you imanges from the cloudflare and agiuscloud panel with the same IP, but it didn’t send through here.

When you added the site to the account you are using here is when we picked up the incorrect IP address.

The IP address you need is that of your origin server, your hosting provider can tell you that information.

I adjusted your account so that you will not encounter that again.

I performed the steps you said and it worked, the site is back up and running.

Show!
Thank you!

It is asking to add one more A, AAAA or CNAME record, what can it be?
