Hi @celiaossart, your site is on Cloudflare. On your SSL/TLS app, can you please enable “Always use https”? This will ensure the site loads https even if folks type http.

Next, you have some mixed content issues that are preventing the site from executing some scripts, image attached.


Also on the SSL/TLS app, you can enable Automatic HTTPS rewrites which will correct some of the mixed content errors, but not all of them. Hi @celiaossart, that’s interesting, did you change your name servers away from the Cloudflare max and bella servers? If do, that will move your site away from Cloudflare. You should change them back with your domain registrar to max and bella. If your site is not on Cloudflare, the change in name servers is the reason why.

ah, understood, thank you. If blazingfast is your host, it looks like you are adding max and bella name servers at your hosting provider, not your domain registrar.

It is with your domain registrar that you need to change your name servers, not your hosting provider.

OK, I searched that error and it seems to be an issue with your forum software. Have you reached out to them for assistance on the error?

I did find this:

Your settings could not be read by IP.Board. This is a fatal error and IP.Board cannot function while this issue persists.
This issue is generally caused by changing your character set in the ACP to one that does not support data stored in the rest of your settings, or by restoring a database backup/completing a server transfer and importing your database tables using the wrong character set or collation. You should contact IPS Technical Support for further assistance.

Edit - You deleted the zone from Cloudflare a few minutes ago, It appears to have been deleted 2 days ago and 6 days ago as well. Simply add the zone to Cloudflare, change your name servers with your registrar and you should be good to go. Adding & removing repeatedly is slowing down & confusing the process.

Next, the existing name servers are not responsive. If this is an eu domain, we need to query the existing name server in order to verify the zone and add it to your account. Your registrar/host should be able to assist you with that.
