I have contacted tasjeel.ae who is our web host to check for nameservers and they confirmed it is fine. They informed that website is reachable from other countries but from UAE these webpages are not accessible. Is it cache issue? I cleared cache from my browser as well. I want to ask if I activate cloudflare again and go for pro plan will my website be active again.
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
As you are not using Cloudflare, this isn’t a Cloudflare issue. I would fix it first before adding Cloudflare again or that could just make things harder to debug.
I don’t see the redirect, the only issue I see is https://cyb3r.ae gives a certificate error so check that out.
Hi sjr, Thanks for your response. Good you informed, I will refrain from adding the website to cloudflare again before debugging this issue.
Let me also highlight that most of the pages of website are accessible just the few highlighted pages cannot be accessed from UAE. However, these pages are accessible from UK, India and other countries when I asked my friends colleagues to check.
So is this a Cache issue at Cloudflare UAE server? 24 hours have passed and I dont see any resolution? should I give it time to clear cache?
Thanks,
I’ve just rechecked using the link in your screenshot.
http://cyb3r.ae/managed-detection-response redirects to https://www.cyb3r.ae/managed-detection-response, which then redirects back to itself so you’ll need to check this out on Squarespace.
