ERR SSL VERSION OR CIPHER MISMATCH on subdomain

While there is no problem in the main domain of my site, I get an error in the subdomain, I couldn’t find the solution. How can I solve it?

Your www record is not covered by the current free SSL cert issued by Cloudflare which covers the root and *.theroot. You can purchase a cert to cover that 3rd level domain.
