What is the issue you’re encountering

I have some users who encounter ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR error, but not all

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve generated an Origin CA certificates from cloudflare website, installed on my server and checked Full(strict) in SSL/TLS config.
despite this, some user have this error.
I’m out of solution and I don’t know what to tell them

I am not able to reproduce it. As mention in this post it might a user local DNS resolution issue.
