ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

What is the error message?

ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

What is the issue you’re encountering

On the ZeroTrust tunnel, I’ve been trying to create new public hostnames, but any new hostname I add I get the same error when I try no navigate to it on my browser: “ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED”. I already double checked the entire configuration, ensure DNS entries are properly created. Is there any limit on how many public hostnames or DNS entries I can have on a free plan, or what could be causing this issue?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  1. Check DNS entries are correct
  2. Recreate the application and public host in zero trust, even with different services, and also pointing to services that are already running, same issue when creating new public hostnames
  3. Existing subdomains/public hostnames work without issue
  4. Not sure if there is a limit on how many public hostnames I can have under one domain on a free plan (cannot find much information about it to discard this is the issue)

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  1. Create new application in zero trust
  2. Create a new public hostname under one tunnel
  3. Navigate to your application

As additional information, usually if I misconfigured something, I use to get an error indicating the browser was able to reach Cloudflare but Cloudflare was unable to reach my locally hosted service, this time I don’t even get that screen.

This got resolved, seems like in some scenarios it takes longer than usual to refresh the dns names, all missing subdomains are now working.
