I have tried a different domain on the same server and it works correctly.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

My domain henaojara.com has problems in some countries, clients cannot access it correctly. I have tried several servers and hosting generating the same problem, but if I try with another domain with the same configurations on the same servers it accesses without problems.

From Colombia I have to access my website with VPN, affecting access to my users since the domain has some navigation failure.

The only thing I notice that is different is that it has an SSL certificate acquired by another provider and not the one that Cloudflare provides by default. Is it possible to reset this certificate and give me the default Cloudflare certificate for my website and see if it is corrected?

Desde hace un par de semanas, casi todos los proveedores de internet, “tiran” ciertas IPs durante varias horas al día y muchas webs quedan afectadas al (supuestamente) compartir rangos de IPs con paginas que piratean contenido de la liga/champions/etc.

La unica solución que tienes es utilizar WARP o cualquier otro VPN, desafortunadamente Cloudflare no puede hacer mucho mas.
