ERR_CONNECTION_RESET - Site is down

My site is under DDoS Attack.

When I open directly by pointing domain to origin, it opens normally.

But under Cloudflare proxy the browser returns ‘ERR_CONNECTION_RESET’

When I pointed to another CF IP 188.114.96.2 it works but what by default I get via Public DNS Resolver (i.e, 104.21.61.186) that doesn’t work

Can you advise what do you see on your Origin logs when Cloudflare connects to your site?

I couldn’t realize that.

Just by pointing to different IP based on dnschecker report I felt it’s working, through I am on free plan not sure if that is cause.
