What is the issue you’re encountering

Some users from Russia cannot access the site - they receive the error ERR_CONNECTION_RESET to all our sites that are in our account on cloudflare. Other sites on cloudflare open. As if the problem is only with our account. How can this be? The providers are different, the browsers are different.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Open https://kazkredit.com fron any browser in Russia

Same server, hosting? :thinking:

What about the SSL certificate(s) on the origin host for the domain(s)?

Any changes in firewall settings at the origin or hosting provider?

Does it work if you temporary Pause Cloudflare?
To test out:

  • Use the “Pause Cloudflare on Site” option from the Overview tab for your domain at dash.cloudflare.com .
  • The link is in the lower right corner of that page.

Might be the ISP is blocking Cloudflare IP addresses, therefrom the DNS servers don’t resolve as expected and return what you expect to see:
