ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED with connected domain

I have many domains connected with my Cloudflare account. But only this domain has problem.
tanglikesubnhanh.net
I registered this domain 2 days ago, nameservers changed to Cloudflare. Then I added this domain into my Cloudflare account, completed some other steps like other domains. But I cannot access this domain from my browser.

I’ve tried nslookup from my computer and my vps, it’s return two ip address: 104.21.83.150 and 172.67.177.215, both of them belongs to Cloudflare.

I’ve also search for related answers on Cloudlare Forums but nothing helps.

Is there any things that I need to do with my domain registrar (tenten.vn)? I’ve also tried to disable SSL Universal for 5 minutes and turn it on again but still not working…

The site works for me without problems.

I don’t know why but I cannot access this website from many browser in VietNam. I’ve tried Chrome on Macos, BraveBrowser on my Iphone with 3g connection, none of this working. My friends having the same problem this this website.

I think this should be CDN problems, when you access this website from another country, this website will works fine, but not my country…

Is there any things I can do to give you a network report to show you that my website is not working from my country?

This is the mtr report from my local computer in Vietnam (Cannot access website)

My computer and many others clients cannot access this website from Vietnam, is there any suggestions that may solve this problem?

Could you please check it again with an VietNam VPN?

The problem is:
Someone connected a prohibited website (betting) to Cloudflare, then Cloudflare connect this website to IP 172.67.177.215.
My website is being connected with the same IP above, so my and my friends Network Provider (Viettel) block users from accessing my website because it’s own that address.

I cannot do anything but wait for my Network Provider…

Thanks Laudian for a very fast response :smiley:

I see that http:// requests are automatically redirects to https:// @hoahenry1803

http://tanglikesubnhanh.net -> https://tanglikesubnhanh.net

and

http://www.tanglikesubnhanh.net -> https://www.tanglikesubnhanh.net

However there is an issue the SSL as Firefox returns SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP and Opera ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH.
