What is the domain name?

When loading the website, it sometimes throws a NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID, and the cloudflare certificate isn’t shown. Sometimes the page loads fine and the cloudflare cert is there. The website is hosted by our CRM

not much - I’m not sure where to start since it’s intermittent :frowning:

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

  2. sometimes it will work, sometimes not

Yes, same issue

This host is not proxied by Cloudflare, so you’ll want to communicate with that host… all Cloudflare is doing in this instance is providing DNS resolution.

Is it not? We only set up cloudflare today so maybe I did something wrong. This is what I see on our DNS page for proxy status:

It’s hard to say from that picture since it show a mix of :orange: and :grey: records and the names are cropped out.

If you are using OpenResty on AWS this may help.
