I realized that anyone can add my site to their cloudflare account and see DNS records with a real ip. Is there any way to prevent this?
While you can add (almost) any domain to any Cloudflare account, all they will see during the quick start DNS import are the existing public DNS records. (And only the person who controls the registrar account for a domain can activate it in a Cloudflare account).
