I changed the IP that directs to the server of the A @ and www entries yesterday (the server IP changed). However, only the www redirected to my website, the @ entry is directing to another website (which has the old IP that I used).
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I cleared the total cache. I double-checked the IPS if they were correct on the hosting.

It definitely isn’t impossible to see something like this.
The lack of propagation isn’t on Cloudflare end though, as I can confirm that I see the same as @GeorgeAppiah mentioned around 6 hours ago.
If it still hasn’t propagated for you, I would therefore suggest starting with clearing your browser’s cache.
If your browser previously received a 301 Redirect, and there wasn’t any cache information attached, some browsers may cache the redirect for a long while.
Alternatively, checking with another device connected to that same network would be an idea as well, to rule out e.g. a device specific issue.
