Contacted my tech support company. They say that they have “bypassed the Cloudflare proxy using a program called gas mask, the site pulls up fine. There is little doubt that the issue lies on the Cloudflare side. Are you able to reach out to their support to see if they can assist you with getting that ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS problem resolved?”

Make sure that your SSL/TLS encryption mode is set to Full (Strict):

Thank you. That is the first thing I did. Was already set to Full.
