What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I would like to enable Encrypted Client Hello on my account manually, I’m aware of all difficulties
The domain I mentioned is also behind CF with enabled ECH.

What is the current SSL/TLS setting?

If you are on a paid plan you can put the request in to Join The Beta, in the Edge Certificates section.

At this time free plans are not able to sign up for the beta for ECH.
