Encoding stuck at 83% for videos with FPS rate higher than 30

Hi everyone,

I have uploaded to Stream the same movie but rendered for 60fps, 50fps and 30fps. Videos with the frame rate that higher than 30fps are stuck at 83%. All the source files were in mp4 format, high profile, 1920x1080:

"status": {
  "state": "ready",
  "step": "encoding",
  "pctComplete": "83.000000",
  "errorReasonCode": "",
  "errorReasonText": ""
},

The same result encountered both for uploading the video using URL, as well as for files from the device using the control panel.

Any suggestions what happened to the encoder?

Thanks

Perhaps @renan can tell why the transcode is stalled.

FYI, anything above 30 fps will be downsampled to 30 fps by Cloudflare Stream.

Is there any news about this?

Regarding the downgrade to 30fps, it doesn’t seems to be relevant. CF supports up to 70fps and I recently uploaded videos at 60fps and they displayed at the same rate (visually better that 30fps).

Now everything started working as it should. Uploaded 60fps video is correctly encoded and displayed accordingly:

"status": {
  "state": "ready",
  "pctComplete": "100.000000",
  "errorReasonCode": "",
  "errorReasonText": ""
},
