Enabling HTTP/3 prevents ESNI from working in Firefox

I’m using Firefox Nightly 76.0a1 (2020-04-02) (64-bit). I’ve had DoH and ESNI enabled in Firefox for a while. Aside from a few glitches, it’s worked fine. https://www.cloudflare.com/ssl/encrypted-sni/ shows all green, and https://www.cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/trace shows:

http=http/2
tls=TLSv1.3
sni=encrypted

Today, I decided to turn on HTTP/3 support in Firefox. That works, but it breaks ESNI. I’m not sure whether that’s a Cloudflare issue or a Firefox issue. Now I see the following for /cdn-cgi/trace:

http=http/3
tls=TLSv1.3
sni=plaintext
