What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Tried to turn off DNSSEC after waiting for 72 hours and then re-enabled.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

It looks like somehow disabling DNSSEC and then re-enabling it caused it to work. We’d waited for about 72 hours in the pending state before disabling/re-enabling. Anyways, good that it works now. Thanks.
