Enabling Cloudflare for second site in sub-folder

Hello, I have a site setup with Cloudflare and I have managed to get it to work ok. The question I have is it possible to have Cloudflare for another site on the same domain but in a different folder. So the main site would be example.com and the second site would be example.com/secondsite/ Is this possible? At the moment the second site says https:// but it isn’t green and the css isn’t working properly.

I am using Wordpress by the way. Any help would be much appreciated
