Enabling CDN reverts to old hosting

We changed hosts and moved to CF about a week ago. The old host (Kinsta) has some built-in Cloudflare integration supposedly. The new host is a standard vanilla VPS, and the DNS is configured correctly.

The problem is that when enabling Proxy (CDN) on the main A record, content from the old host is actually served.

I believe that some old cached configuration is the culprit, despite a new CF account and new configuration.

I’d appreciate any advice. I upgraded to a paid account and cannot for the life of me find the option to send a support email. Thank you.

Issues such as this are often caused where an old provider used Cloudflare for SaaS. Please contact your old provider and ask them to remove any Cloudflare configurations for your domain, specifically SSL for SaaS / Custom Hostnames.
