As for the domain name providing with web services(i.e. port 80 or 443), the CDN service can be enabled or disabled by changing proxied or DNS record. Still, is CDN service enabled for the domain name using spectrum by default?
Very few of us have touched Enterprise features, and it’s been a while since I’ve used Spectrum. But from what I see, Spectrum “proxies” non HTTP traffic for whatever hostname you add to it, but doesn’t cache anything. It provides protection, but not optimization. Your Enterprise rep should be able to answer more specific information about the service.
