in reading the community responses it appears that we need someone on the Cloudflare side to enable O2O for our domain but we want to ensure that the other stores that are connected already won’t be affected.

Before enabling from our side, we would recommend to create a CNAME DNS record.

Type	Name	Target	Proxy status
CNAME	<YOUR_SHOP_DOMAIN>	shops.myshopify.com	Proxied

If you encounter any error while configuring it, kindly provide a screenshot of the error.
Avoid attaching any confidential information.

I have set the CNAME to be proxied, but I am still seeing the same error on the frontend. Note: I am just setting the subdomain to be proxied, since that’s the one that isn’t working. Is that correct?

Could you please provide the error message that you’ve received? Currently, the O2O feature is enabled for domain ccbrands.com.

Also note: Shopify is telling me that it should not be proxied, Cloudflare instructions seem like it should be proxied. I have tried both ways, but neither worked.
