Enable four A records and remove IP addresses

What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

We migrated our siteto Squarespace, however the DNS records on Squarespace are not matching Cloudflare. Squarespace told us we need Cloudflare to add four A records and remove specific IP addresses. We cannot do this on our side, and Cloudflare has not been available to help. Has anyone navigated this before? How do you get Cloudflare to act? We just upgraded to the Pro plan so we can submit a ticket. There has been no response over 48 hours. Our site is live now, but we are worried it will go down since the records aren’t matching. DNS records

You need to make any changes to your DNS records yourself on the DNS overview page: https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns

At least some of your records are currently proxied. From your description, I assume you need to change them to DNS-Only.

Thank you! The issues is that we do not see the IP Addresses that need to be removed from our Cloudflare dashboard. But we’re told the records exist. Any chance you know how to navigate that?

^ this. If you want more help, you’d need to share more info. For example a screenshot of your DNS records.

We are DNS only for all A records.

Can you show a screenshot of your DNS records?

You have a proxied AAAA record. If this is not one of the records Squarespace gave you, delete it.
