Description
Enable download / overwrite of Mutual TLS root certificates
Benefit
Currently, mutual TLS root certificate chains cannot be downloaded for checking which certs in the bundle did expire.
Also, manipulation of this cert chains is not possible. E.g. an update of expired certs or addition of a new cert is not possible.
It would be nice to have this feature available both in the webinterface as thru API calls.
