Employee left and we lost super admin access. I have admin and access to his email.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Contacted support from his email. They sent instructions to upload files to servers that we own. I did that to one domain, but they asked us to do it to multiple domains. The other domains we own haven’t been setup with a server yet, so I can’t complete that request. Need to regain access ASAP to update our billing so our domains don’t expire.

Never mind I was able to find it. I have replied to both tickets. Please follow up with us in the ticket opened from the account needing 2FA assistance

I cannot follow up with you from the account needing 2FA assistance in the ticket because I can’t login to that Cloudflare account because of the 2FA.

I emailed you on 8/21 from both my email account and from the email account of the employee who left. Can you please review that email and respond?
