Employee left and we lost super admin access. I have admin and access to his email.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Contacted support from his email. They sent instructions to upload files to servers that we own. I did that to one domain, but they asked us to do it to multiple domains. The other domains we own haven’t been setup with a server yet, so I can’t complete that request. Need to regain access ASAP to update our billing so our domains don’t expire.
