This website is related to stock market transactions and it needs to be rectified immediately. Otherwise we have to change our dns provider on multiple devices

Yes I still have this problem. Google and cloudfare dns both failed to resolve the domain. But my local ISP dns had resolved it correctly.

Yeah, it seems like the BOM server only has the issue and I can’t really select server so…
I use tls://1.1.1.1 for dns requests. I am connected to cloudfare bombay server. It can’t resolve cdslindia.com. Although users from servers located in different regions don’t have this issue. I have complained multiple times. No one cares
Hi @ayanchakraborty3199, the domain www.cdslindia.com delegate itself to several nameservers, among all the address, only 125.16.3.75 returns an answer. Others either return SERVFAIL or don’t respond at all.

I wonder if the admin of the domain applied any network restriction, so only certain resolver is allowed. Maybe you want to contact on the other side to figure it out? We can investigate further as long as the name servers respond.

There is no such restriction that “only certain resolver is allowed” because if I use a vpn to other country and use 1.1 1.1 from that country the website is reachable. Could I make myself clear?
Also local dns servers that I wrote is not any perticular server. All Indian ISPs have their individual dns servers and all of them resolve correctly
My point is, it’s very likely the upstream name servers have blocked Cloudflare’s servers(and also Google’s) in BOM from accessing them. It’s beyond our control, sorry.
Ok, I have sent them a mail. But its a big corporation I wonder if it will have any effect. They company keeps demat accounts of thousands of people needed in stock market. They have a very nice website and all. I don’t know how come these bugs happen
