Good afternoon! I want to use Cloudflare Email Routing to forward emails from [email protected] to [email protected] to make creating tickets via email simpler. Cloudflare did create a ticket via email on [email protected] so I can verify it via the link, however after verifying when I send an email to [email protected] from my gmail, it keeps dropping! That doesn’t make sense, as it worked when Cloudflare sent the verification email. I sent an email to [email protected] directly and it worked, but why isn’t it when I email [email protected]? Do you think this is a Cloudflare issue or a Tawk issue?
Nevermind, it seems to be working now! That’s odd…
