What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

pause Cloudflare then all worked like before

You will need to disable DNSSEC at your registrar or DNS lookups using DNSSEC will fail when you change the nameservers…

Make sure also that any mail-related DNS records are set to “DNS only” and not “Proxied”
