Emails not working on Outlook after setting CDN

After setting CloudFlare CDN my emails are not receiving and sending in outlook. I even purchased the CDN package but I now have to PAUSE CDN and Flush DNS so that my emails could work, please help me.

Can you share the domain?

Other than DNS records, Cloudflare is not involved in handling email. From the symptom, I would expect that you have one of the email related hostnames set :orange:. Any DNS records related to email protocols (like SMTP, IMAP, POP3 etc.) need to be :grey:.

Right now I have paused CDN from its settings, but after your advice I will resume it.

At a minimum you will need to set smtp, mail and ftp to :grey:.
