Emails not coming in after activating Cloudflare

We set up Cloudflare on several of our sites over the weekend. Everything appeared to be working as intended until today when we stopped receiving incoming emails in outlook. Instead we get the following error: outlook could not connect to incoming pop3 mail server.

Here are our Cloudflare settings for reference.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have set all the records to DNS only for now, and the email is back up and running.

Your Outlook account is likely configured to use a hostname that was :orange: proxied in the original screenshot. The apex name is a likely candidate. If you can edit the account settings in Outlook to make sure it uses a :grey: hostname like mail for both the POP3 and SMTP servers.
