What is the issue you’re encountering
Emails are being rejected by Outlook due to CF server IP reputation. Started at noon on 3/7/25. Has been working fine for well over two years until yesterday.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Checked Email Security settings and I have all of the DNS records, but my DKIM is failing checks from outside. Not sure if that’s why, but since I have a free CF account, I can’t figure out how to get them to generate a new DKIM key for me. Otherwise, it looks to be IP reputation related due to CF. Is there anything I can do or someone I can contact to get this resolved? My domain is hosted by CF, but I may need to move to GoDaddy or someone else. Any help is much appreciated.
