Emails getting sent to black hole, cannot verify email address

What is the issue you’re encountering

I am unable to receive emails to my new email account as they’re getting dropped somewhere. Cannot receive verification emails to verify the account. Is my address surpressed?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Have an active email address through Google that is able to send outbound emails. Not able to receive any emails. Tried to verify in my email forwarding settings tons of times. Tried sending verification email to another email address but received an error when trying to verify from a different email address.

Thanks for clarifying the email address in that ticket. I have removed it from the suppression list and replied to your ticket
