We use cloudflare’s email service. However we have an issue that emails from corrohealth.com domain as their WAN IP(170.10.153.123) is not white listed… they have shared their WAN IP address Please allowlist our WAN IP 170.10.153.123

Can you find out why the email is bouncing? What reason is given in the Cloudflare dashboard, and what bounce message are they receiving?
That IP address is allowed in their SPF record, so that should not be the problem.

Thank you for the response. Cloudflare email dashboard does not specify any errors. No information at all about the specified domains are shown. Our customers (whose emails are bouncing) notified us to allowlist the specified wan ip. If it is already allowlisted from cloudflare, I have no idea what could be the reason. All other incoming emails are working fine for us with no issues
Please ask them what error they are receiving.
