We have checked the options to edit the SOA entries in the DNS (Cloudflare) but there is no entry for SOA serial number format or to edit the name servers.

You can ignore those SOA warnings. The values are set by Cloudflare and the “recommended” format doesn’t need to be followed.
Assuming you are sending all your mail through Microsoft, you don’t seem to have any configuration problems if your DKIM records are correct. We have tested sending a test email from the SourceMash domain to various other domains. Subsequently, we checked the headers of the test email using MXToolbox and received an error. I will attach the details of this error to the email. Additionally, it appears that the DKIM signature is not correct. Please have a look.

We have checked the authentication methods like SPF DKIM and DMARC and we have tested the mail from sourcemash.com domain to other domain and then we have checked the headers of the test mail which was going to the spam and found that DKIM signature was not getting authenticated that means dkim signature was not getting attached to the emails .
