No issues regarding email authentication with that email.
Both DKIM w/Alignment and SPF w/Alignment are passing perfectly fine.
Even if you changed both adkim=" and "aspf= to require STRICT Alignment, everything would still be perfectly fine, even for a “p=reject” DMARC policy.

I have seen a lot of buggy implementations in my time, including some that are claiming “Permanent error” results, even when the actual result is a “Temporary/Transient error”.
So based on my experience, …
I would suspect "gpphosted.com to have had temporary issues looking up your DKIM and SPF during delivery, for example due to temporary connectivity issues, and then (unfortunately) instead of making a temporary rejection, saying “Try again later”, “gpphosted.com” did it incorrectly, as a permanent rejection, saying “We don't want the message, please don't come back”.
If you’re not generally having issues sending emails, especially to other locations/recipients, I wouldn’t spend my time trying to look for a problem, that may not even be there.
I would then just consider it as a temporary/transient problem, but of course still be keeping an eye on whether any general problems seems to appear going forward.
