I am setting up my business email for the purpose of building an email list. I sent myself a few test emails. (the email I am sending to is unrelated to the domain email) The test emails never make it to my inbox. They don’t even go to spam, junk or any other folder. They are literally just not coming through at all. I check my email analytics

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Checked email analytics. The email did not bounce. I checked my email deliverability using MX tool box and everything looked good w/ the exception of the error “DKIM signature is not aligned” The DKIM record was generated using cloudflare email routing tool so I don’t understand how it could be incorrect. Either way my emails are not delivering and I’m not sure how to resolve the issue considering I cannot edit the generated email routing records without disabling the email routing to begin with.

Cloudflare does not offer outbound email service. Only incoming email forwarding.

For mailing list, your primary concern should be outbound email you’re sending to your subscribers. So what email service provider are you using to send these emails with your domain?

And even for incoming email to your domain, I’d stay away from Cloudflare’s free-for-all email forwarding service favored by spammers (because there are not checks!) and use a pay about 5 bucks to use a fully-fledged business email service from the likes of Google, Microsoft, Zoho, etc. Just my opinion on this one though :smiley:
