What is the issue you’re encountering

I am able to send emails but cannot receive them. I get a message saying email address does not exist and the verification emails are not received and the status is still pending

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I do not know what the issue is so have guessed many things to attempt to fix but not knowing what the issue is I do not know where to start to try and fix the problem. I need help and am well out of my depth attempting to fix this.

You might want to check your configuration with you mail provider.

If you check something like MX Toolbox

Your records are there, and they look like they should work. If the mail is undeliverable at the server it is past the DNS records that Cloudflare is providing.
